Chair - a seat for one person, with a back, usually four legs, and sometimes two arms;
 
Fax machine - a machine that is used to send and receive faxes;
 
Laptop - a computer that is small enough to be carried around and used where you are sitting;
 
Phone - a piece of equipment that is used to talk to someone who is in another place;
 
Photocopier - a machine which produces copies of documents by photographing them;
 
Power socket - the place on a wall where you connect electrical equipment to the electricity supply;
 
Printer - a machine which is connected to a computer and which produces writing or images on paper;
 
Table - a piece of furniture with four legs, used for eating off, putting things on, etc;
 
Flip chart - large pieces of paper attached to a board on legs, which you write or draw on when you are talking to a group of people;
 
Multimedia - computers and programs use sound, pictures, film, and text;
 
Video conference - a system with video cameras connected by the internet or by a special connection so that people in different places can see and communicate with each other, so they do not have to travel to meetings.
